Personal data is only stored when voluntarily given by you for a determined purpose e.g. in context of a registration, a survey, a contest, or in performance of a contract.

    Any phone numbers collected through our site, whether through webform or other means, will be used exclusively to communicate with you regarding our services and will never be shared or sold to third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

  3. Use of Information:

    Your information is used to manage appointments, provide services, and process payments.

    We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.

  4. Payment Security:

    All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

    Counseling sessions are strictly confidential. Any information shared during sessions will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session if payments were made prior to the canceled appointment (self-pay/co-pays).

    Refunds are not available for sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice unless exceptional circumstances apply.

    Examples of other refunds would be due to errors in billing and overpayments.

  2. Processing Refunds:

    Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking.

    Refund requests must be made in writing by emailing officesimplicity84@gmail.com.

    Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  3. Non-Refundable Services:

    Group sessions, classes, or any promotional packages are non-refundable unless for unforeseeable circumstances.

    Fees for partially used packages are non-refundable unless unforeseeable circumstances apply.

  4. Exceptional/Unforeseeable Circumstances:

    Refunds for exceptional/unforeseeable circumstances (e.g., technical issues preventing session access, illness, accident) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us promptly to discuss your situation.
